The Tree is a study of the Tree of Life from Genesis through Revelation. It is also a study of God’s redemption of man from his choice to take the fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil rather than remain in fellowship with God through faith and obedience to God’s word. The path to the redemption of man leads to the Son of Man being crucified on a cross as the Passover Lamb bringing redemption to mankind as prophesied in Genesis and the defeat of the efforts of Satan. This book is primarily, but not exclusively, for followers of Christ who want to have a better understanding of God’s efforts to redeem and restore man.
The Death of the American Church Volume One by Ernest Jett
This is Volume One of a two part series on the death of the Church in America. It deals with challenges to the American Church from the outside. The Volume reviews recent historical efforts to eradicate the Christian Church with the hope that the Church can learn to recognize the threats Christianity is facing in America and perhaps learn from them. The book reviews attempts to control and eradicate the Christian Church by the former Soviet Union, Germany in the Second World War and Communist China. It also reviews the attempts at controlling and eradicating the Christian Church by Islam when Islam is dominant over nations or localities. The book surveys the beliefs and history of Islam as well as reviewing the practical effects of Islam on Christians in countries where Islam is in control.
The Death of the American Church Volume Two by Ernest Jett
This is part of a two volume series about the death of the Church in America. This second volume deals with threats and persecutions of the Christian Church in America as a result of secular materialism. It discusses the rejection of America’s religious roots and the use of the doctrine of the separation of church and state as a wedge to isolate Christians from participating in society. It also deals with some of the issues surrounding the LGBTQ agenda which have served as a tool to demonize Christianity and to accomplish this separation and persecution. This volume makes some suggestions upon next steps for the Christian Church in America to take as it enters into a period of persecution and perhaps death. The Volume also discusses the uses of home groups as a way of combating and surviving persecution.
The Advocate traces the cry from Job in the Old Testament who asks for a mediator to stand between himself and God. The book traces the answer to this plea and deals with the blood sacrifice of goats, bulls and lambs, the institution of Passover and the appointment of a priesthood to stand between God and man. The books sets forth how Jesus Christ fulfills Job’s request for a mediator and how Jesus acts both as sacrifice and High Priest.
